Natalie joined SPMB in March of 2017, as an Associate on Mike Doonan’s team. Before joining the firm, she was a Principal at Betts Recruiting specializing in business development and matching business leaders with Tech and SaaS companies across the Bay Area and the U.S. Natalie’s self-drive and passion for corporate matchmaking helped her become a top contributor and President’s Club winner.
Prior to stepping into the corporate world, She graduated Cum Laude with an English Literature major from University of California, Santa Barbara and grew up in Ventura, California in a big family as the youngest of four. Outside of work, Natalie loves staying active by running, skiing, playing tennis, and trying every workout class imaginable. She has run 5 half marathons and the full San Francisco marathon. When she’s not on the run, you’ll most likely find her socializing with friends and family or digging into a new book.

Tenacious, vivacious, and curious.
Where have you traveled and where would you still like to go?
I’ve traveled to most major cities in the U.S and Puerto Rico, Mexico, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, and England. I could fill a page of desired travel destinations but, Southeast Asia might be next for me.
