Natalie dove into the world of search in 2012. Throughout her career, she has placed key leaders with high-growth technology companies from Series A to the Fortune 500. In the beginning of 2017, she joined Mike Doonan’s practice where she has been focused on solving business problems and placing strategic technology and go-to-market executives with public organizations, in addition, to leading projects with top-VC backed startups.
Natalie’s self-drive and passion for corporate matchmaking helped her become a top contributor and President’s Club winner. She brings a high level of energy to all of her search work firmly believing that successful search execution is a blend of intelligent, targeted research and high energy/high volume recruiting.
Prior to stepping into the corporate world, She graduated Cum Laude with an English Literature major from University of California, Santa Barbara and grew up in Ventura, California in a big family as the youngest of four. Outside of work, Natalie loves staying active by running, skiing, playing tennis, and trying every workout class imaginable. She has run 5 half marathons and the full San Francisco marathon. When she’s not on the run, you’ll most likely find her socializing with friends and family or digging into a new book.
