As a Director supporting the firm’s Digital Transformation Practice, Lauren works with trailblazing high-growth companies, along with some of the world’s largest and most prominent technology giants. Working across a variety of industries, such as health & wellness, consumer, and general SaaS, Lauren identifies and places VP to C-level executives in both Technical and GTM leadership roles. She spends a lot of time advising companies on talent strategy as they go through significant transformations, whether that be cloud, data, security, or product-focused. Her recent clients include Jumio, Health Gorilla, New Relic, Capital One, and Google Cloud.

Prior to joining SPMB, Lauren led the Leadership Recruiting Practice at Betts Recruiting, partnering with the most successful venture-backed companies in the Bay Area. During her tenure at Betts, Lauren was recognized as one of the top performers in the company’s history for consistently exceeding clients’ expectations. Her clients included MuleSoft, TripActions, TextLine, G2Crowd, Scout RFP, Samsara, and BuildingConnected.
