Lea joined SPMB in 2015 as a member of the firm’s Product and Technology practice. Today she is an integral part of that practice and an accomplished project leader specializing in technical searches (product, engineering, marketing) across our consumer and enterprise clients.
As a dual French-American citizen from the Bay Area with family in France, Lea’s personal passion is to work with European companies growing their leadership teams in the U.S. Lea plays an active role in SPMB’s partnership in ASP (Access Search Partners), a high-performance consortium of six leading technology executive search firms that provide clients with access to top talent globally.
Prior to joining SPMB, Lea worked at two Bay Area startups, Zenefits and Weebly, on their in-house recruiting teams. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and French from UC Santa Barbara. Outside of the office, you can find Lea hiking with her black lab, teaching a spin class, or attempting a new recipe.
