What are you passionate about?
Spending time with family and helping others.
What are your favorite books/movies?
My Dad used to read aloud to me and my sisters when we were kids, and now I get to share the joy of reading with my daughter. My favorite book from childhood is A Tree Grows in Brooklyn by Betty Smith. My favorite movies are Labyrinth and Die Hard.
Which three words would you use to describe yourself?
Diligent, tenacious, and caring.
What’s the most non traditional job you’ve ever had?
Working at Northstar Ski School, teaching 4-5 year olds how to ski when I was just learning how to ski myself.
What is the one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
When I was a kid, we went on the most epic road trip from Sacramento to Washington D.C. and back. In an effort to maximize the space in our Dodge Caravan, my mom creatively discovered that you could perfectly fit 6 tomato crate boxes in the minimal space in the rear of the minivan. So that was the luggage my three sisters, my parents, and I had for our cross country adventure. We had 2 cassette tapes, Paul Simon’s Graceland and Vangelis Chariots of Fire, that we listened to the entire trip. Such fond memories!
