Working alongside Partner Mike Dempsey and Managing Partner Kevin Barry, Giuseppe focuses on building world-class leadership teams for both PE- and VC-backed B2B SaaS companies. His expertise spans VP- and C-Level placements across go-to-market functions — including Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing — as well as select Product and Investment Practice searches.

He partners with high-growth, market-defining software companies to help them scale and thrive. His recent clients include Aily Labs, JFrog, Asana, Podium, LastPass, Clever, FloQast, Attentive, and others.

Giuseppe graduated from Cornell University before beginning his career in executive search. Originally from St. James, New York, he now lives in Manhattan where he enjoys walking his dog Bowie in Central Park, playing soccer along the Manhattan Piers, and bowling with friends.
