Jack first joined SPMB in 2011, launching his executive search career under the guidance of Founder Lee Schweichler and Managing Partner Mike Doonan—two mentors who continue to shape his professional journey today.
After earning his MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business, Jack boomeranged back to SPMB as a founding member of the firm’s Digital Transformation Practice. Today, he partners with both leading-edge innovators and established enterprises across technical, go-to-market, and operational leadership roles to build executive teams that drive transformation at scale.
At the firm level, Jack has helped expand SPMB’s focus beyond early-stage, venture-backed startups to include large public companies and private equity-backed platforms. His client roster includes Amazon, Google Cloud, Sage, SolarWinds, and the portfolio companies of Vista Equity Partners, Alpine Investors, and PeakSpan Capital—bringing the best of Silicon Valley to every corner of the innovation economy.
Before entering executive search, Jack worked as a behavior therapist supporting children with autism. He holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Miami.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys going to concerts with his wife and two daughters. He’s an active member of a Masters Olympic Weightlifting club and the University of San Francisco’s Masters Swim Team. At home, you can find him in the kitchen preparing multi-course Italian meals.
