Bianca joined SPMB from another boutique recruiting firm. She came into executive search by way of human capital focused management consulting with Deloitte Consulting LLP and Booz Allen Hamilton. Since entering the executive search world, she has partnered exclusively with market changing private equity backed software companies to place C-level and EVP/SVP-level executives.
Bianca graduated from the College of William and Mary with a BBA in Finance.
On a weekend, you can typically find Bianca at a local coffee shop or on an urban hike with one or both of her dogs (Potato and Porter House).
Where have you traveled and where would you still like to go?
Going on safari in Kenya was a life changing experience for me. I found a love of Africa after my trip there and cannot wait to go back. Next on my list is gorilla trekking in Uganda.
What sports star would you most like to meet?
Kevin Durant. He is one of the all-time greats on and off the court and is the biggest technology investor in the NBA. Off the court, KD has invested a ton of resources and time into the Washington, D.C. and Prince George’s County communities with a specific focus on not just getting low-income kids to college, but ensuring that they graduate. I grew up outside of Washington, D.C. and have an affinity for that community.
What are your favorite books?
East of Eden, by John Steinbeck and All the Light We Cannot See, by Anthony Derr. I am guilty of rereading books over and over again and these two are no exception. Otherwise, I can be found perusing the New York Post more often than I care to admit.
Who would you trade places with for one month?
Malcolm Gladwell and Ina Garten.
What is the one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I am an introvert.
