Over the course of years that Natalie has spent at SPMB, she has placed key executives with some of the most innovative growth companies in technology as well as top Fortune 500 companies undergoing complete digital transformations. Before joining SPMB, Natalie helped to build out the leadership recruiting division at Betts Recruiting leading Director to C-level searches for venture-backed growth startups across the country.
Natalie is passionate about search and has a focus on building long-lasting relationships with her clients and candidates. She runs each search process with transparency, hustle, and deep diligence.
Prior to stepping into the corporate world, she graduated Cum Laude with an English Literature major from the University of California, Santa Barbara in just three years. She grew up in Ventura, California in a big family as the youngest of four. Outside of work, Natalie loves staying active by running, skiing, playing tennis, and trying every workout class imaginable. When she’s not on the run, you’ll find her exploring a new art exhibit, spending quality time with her family and friends or in a French class!
What is the hardest thing you’ve ever done?
Run the San Francisco marathon.
What are your favorite books/movies?
I have too many favorite books to list all of them! Some of my favorite recent reads include Educated: A Memoir by Tara Westover and Brotopia by Emily Chang.
