Austin joined SPMB in January 2022, augmenting the firm’s thriving GTM practice led by Eamonn Tucker and Allison Beach. As a collaborative, detail-oriented, and results-driven search leader, Austin is dedicated to helping clients secure top-tier talent that can transform their businesses while ensuring an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Today, Austin partners with high-growth, innovative venture- and private equity-backed clients. Functionally, his primary focus is on GTM executives within mission-driven enterprise SaaS companies, while also placing specialized roles like financial and product leaders.

Prior to his career in executive search, Austin’s diverse background in project management, sales, client engagement, and community building spanned industries of collegiate athletics, retail/e-commerce, tech startups, and nonprofit management.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, hosting meals and game nights, attending sporting events, and planning home projects. Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Austin now resides in Dallas, TX, where he supports his clients across the U.S.
