California Residents: Do Not Sell My Information
The California Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”) gives California residents the right to opt out of the “sale” of their information. As that term is defined in the CCPA, the term may include some of SPMB’s sharing of information about individuals with our clients.
If you are a California Resident, you may opt out of this type of sharing by filling out and submitting the form below, by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling our toll-free number at 1-844-281-5681.
In order for SPMB to process your request and determine if our database contains your personal information, you must provide your full (first and last) name. You must also provide at least one email address in order for us to provide confirmation that your request has been processed, and/or to allow us to contact you in the event we have questions about your request. Providing your current or most recent employer, while not required, will also help us confirm if we have your data in our records.
