Emily joined SPMB in 2021 to co-lead the firm’s Investment practice with Suzanne Heske. She partners with venture capital and private equity firms, as well as hedge funds and other asset managers, to recruit senior investor talent. In addition to her Investor search expertise, Emily places functional leaders at asset managers in Investor Relations, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

Prior to joining SPMB, Emily was an executive recruiter at Russell Reynolds Associates and Korn Ferry in their Financial Services practices. She has successfully led and executed Board and C-level searches across a number of industries, including enterprise technology, deeptech, healthcare, fintech, and consumer technology.

Emily received her B.A. in International Studies from Emory University. Based in New York City, Emily leads searches across the U.S. Outside of work, Emily loves to host dinner parties, read historical fiction, and explore a new local NYC restaurant with her husband.
