Emily joined SPMB in 2021 to co-lead the firm’s Investment practice alongside Suzanne Heske. She partners with venture capital and private equity firms, as well as hedge funds and multi-asset funds, to recruit senior investor talent. In addition to her investor search expertise, Emily is a functional leader in Investor Relations, Business Development, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel searches for investment managers.
Prior to joining SPMB, Emily was an executive recruiter at Russell Reynolds Associates and Korn Ferry in their Financial Services practices. Based in New York City, Emily leads searches across the U.S.
