Gina joined SPMB in 2021 as a part of Todd Greenhalgh’s Innovation and Sustainability practice. She serves primarily as a candidate developer, responsible for managing candidate engagement, flow, and relationship building. Prior, Gina spent six years at Kforce in NYC, where she led both recruitment and client management across the finance search practice. Previously, she worked at BlackRock in various client service and project management roles.

Gina enjoys spending time with her family exploring farmers markets and BBQ restaurants, taking pilates and boxing classes, and debating the topic of the best television shows of all time. She has an amazing maltipoo named Jagger. Gina holds a BS in Finance and BA in Economics, both from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
