Jimmy joined SPMB to work alongside Partner Jon Landau and further strengthen the firm’s GTM Practice. He brings with him a competitive spirit and a wealth of experience from over seven years and hundreds of searches executed at Daversa Partners and Bolster. A former Club Soccer goalkeeper and National Champion at Penn State, Jimmy’s fierce drive and commitment to excellence are key qualities he brings to executive search. He dedicates himself to helping clients secure transformative talent while fostering meaningful, long-term relationships in the enterprise SaaS space.

Known for taking a more personal, human approach to executive search, Jimmy has built strong connections with influential executives, founders, and venture capitalists. With deep expertise in GTM leadership roles, Jimmy is committed to understanding his clients’ needs and delivering impactful results.

Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys staying active—whether on the basketball court, soccer field, or disc golf course. He also loves spending time at local breweries or skiing double black diamonds in the mountains on weekends. Originally from North New Jersey, Jimmy now resides in Denver, where he supports SPMB’s Mountain West Practice, in addition to working with clients across the U.S.
