Director
Kendra Ryan
Director

Kendra Ryan

Kendra joined SPMB in 2018 to help build the firm’s Digital Health and Consumer practices. Beginning her career in executive search as an analyst and research specialist, Kendra has worked across every part of the search process. Her years of research, candidate development, and client partnerships have played an integral role in building out the firm’s knowledge base and search expertise in the digital health sector.

Today, as a Director, Kendra leads searches in the digital health sector with a focus on companies that have complex B2B2C models. As a functional generalist, she has worked on projects across the C-suite and strategic VP roles, with a specialty around CEO, President, and GM roles. Kendra is passionate about partnering with businesses that improve healthcare delivery and health outcomes.

Kendra is also deeply committed to volunteer work. She has spent over 11 summers volunteering at Camp ReCreation, a summer camp in Northern California for people with mental and physical disabilities. She spearheaded SPMB’s partnership with Best Buddies International—a nonprofit organization that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities—by serving on their Sponsorship Committee for the Bay Area Friendship Walk and by leading SPMB’s company-wide volunteer work with Best Buddies.

Outside of work, you can find Kendra at Rumble Boxing, reading a new fantasy series, and exploring San Francisco with her husband and goldendoodle, Arty.
