Joining SPMB in 2016, Nick helps lead SPMB’s AI, New Energy, and Emerging Technologies practice. Nick runs projects across Go-To-Market functions (Sales, Marketing, BD), as well as CEO, Operations, and Finance — and has successfully completed hundreds of unique and complex senior executive searches. As a results-driven search leader, Nick is extremely passionate about helping clients quickly identify and hire top-tier talent that will be transformative for their businesses.

Nick partners with high-growth, innovative companies across Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Big Data), New Energy (Solar, Energy Storage, EVs), and other Emerging Technologies (Ag-Tech, IoT, Autonomous Driving). The lion’s share of Nick’s work focuses on mission-driven companies that aim to make the planet a better place to live for future generations.

Prior to SPMB, Nick spent his early career at UBS Wealth Management, Morgan Stanley, and the University of Oxford. He graduated from the University of California Davis with a B.S. in Managerial Economics and a B.A. in Italian.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys running and hiking on Mt. Tamalpais, golfing, boating and fishing on the bay, and snowboarding in Tahoe. Born and raised in beautiful Marin County, he now resides in San Francisco.
