As a Partner at SPMB, Radley works with a variety of leading technology and tech-enabled-services companies, placing senior-level executives at venture capital-funded, private equity-backed, and publicly traded companies. A key area that Radley brings extensive knowledge and expertise to is SPMB’s security and data-related search work. He leads both functional searches, and also builds out executive teams at top security software and data companies. The comprehensive nature of Radley’s work—on both the software vendor and the operating side—gives him a unique and in-depth understanding of today’s market that, in turn, helps drive successful outcomes for his clients.

Prior to joining SPMB, Radley helped build out Betts Recruiting as the company’s 10th employee. In his six years at Betts, he established the internal recruiting and account management functions, and he launched and managed five offices across California, Texas, New York, and the UK. Before beginning a career in recruiting, Radley worked in Target’s management program after graduating from San Diego State University with a BA in Communications. Outside the world of recruiting, Radley enjoys hikes with his wife and two sons, backyard dinners with friends and family, and all things sports.
