Rawlins is a Partner at SPMB and a member of the firm’s Private Equity Practice. She partners with private equity firms and their B2B software portfolio companies to recruit CEOs, Board members, and Go-To-Market executives, building leadership teams that drive long-term value across the investment lifecycle.

With more than a decade of experience in executive search, Rawlins is known for her thoughtful, relationship-driven approach and for serving as a trusted, long-term partner to investors and executives navigating critical moments of growth and transformation.

Prior to joining SPMB, Rawlins spent five years at both True Search and Bespoke Partners, where she built a strong track record working with firms like PSG, JMI, Thoma Bravo, New Mountain Capital and Advent, to place senior leaders at growth equity and PE-backed software companies. Earlier in her career, she worked in finance at Morgan Stanley after earning her degree from Northeastern University.

Based in West Palm Beach, Rawlins supports private equity clients nationwide. Outside of work, she is an equestrian and avid traveler, shaped by years of experience living abroad.
