Rosalie brings extensive executive search expertise to her role as a Director within SPMB’s GTM and Investment Practices. She began her career placing senior leaders across Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Venture Capital before joining SPMB in 2022, where her passion for technology and innovation drives her work with high-growth companies and asset management firms.

Known for her data-driven approach and commitment to exceptional candidate experience, Rosalie leads complex searches for C-suite and senior leadership roles. In addition to her search work, Rosalie plays an active leadership role in SPMB’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee.

Rosalie’s bi-coastal upbringing in Massachusetts and California now finds her based in Durham, North Carolina where she recruits top talent nationwide.

Rosalie received her Bachelor’s of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University with a major in Regional & Comparative Studies of Eastern & Western Europe. Beyond her professional pursuits, Rosalie dedicates herself to criminal justice reform. She is also an avid reader, an ambitious cook, and a novice hiker.
