Aaron joined SPMB to work alongside Becky Stein and support the firm’s ever-growing Consumer Practice. His primary focus is identifying and placing best-in-class executive talent with our clients—some of the world’s most innovative and transformational consumer and retail companies.
Prior to joining SPMB, Aaron worked as an executive recruiter and client partner at The Brownestone Group. In addition to his search work, Aaron partnered with the company’s founder on thought leadership, market intelligence, business development, and partnerships. In his early career, Aaron worked as a client manager and producer for the marketing agency Ideas United. Among the many projects he designed, managed, and led, Aaron was the architect of IU’s first festival series in Mexico, which was produced for Apple.
Aaron graduated from NYU in 2009 with a B.S. Degree in Media, Culture, and Communications. He enjoys running, yoga, and long road trips to discover new places and visit old friends.
