Ross leads SPMB’s Operations Practice, placing C and VP level operations leaders at technology companies with operational complexity. Ross and his team work across a wide array of verticals including deep tech, consumer electronics, tech-enabled services, capital equipment, automotive, manufacturing, real estate, marketplaces, fintech, digital health and aerospace/defense. In addition to his work in Operations, Ross places go-to-market executives across B2C and B2B technology companies. During his time at SPMB, Ross helped launch the firm’s successful Consumer Practice.
