What is your favorite book?
Dune by Frank Herbert.
What’s the most non traditional job you’ve ever had?
During my sophomore year of college I wrote reviews for and photographed concerts in the Boulder Area. It was an awesome “job”. I gained an appreciation for the amount of behind the scenes work that goes into stage production.
Where have you traveled and where would you still like to go?
I have been fortunate enough to step foot on 5 of the Earth’s 7 continents. As a next step, I’d love to visit Antarctica or the South Pole. These areas offer some of the least hospitable conditions to life on Earth and have been predominantly unaffected by human beings.
Which band would you most love to tour with?
The Grateful Dead in the early to mid 1970’s. This band ecompasses so much of the American experience from adventure and independence to mysticism and discovery. Their fan base is a wonderful example of an organic community united in one common interest that seemingly always checked personal background and ego at the door. The world could use more of these communities!
